The car parking facilities at Heath House Conference Centre are free of charge for all of our customers. There is parking available at the front and rear of the building and on busy days, our events team will be on hand to show you where to park.

Heath House Conference and Meeting Centre is independently owned which means that we can be flexible and open especially for you. Our standard opening hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, but we will open in the evening and at weekends if you require.

We regularly hold training evens on Saturdays. If you wish to hold an event, a meeting or a training event on a Saturday or at an unusual time of day or night then we will open especially for you.

We provide free WI-FI throughout the whole of our venue. We will provide you with a code upon arrival.

All of our training and meeting rooms are equipped with LCD Projectors and Screens. These are provided free of charge!

Yes, if you would like to hold an evening event which is outside our normal opening hours, we are more than happy to.

Yes, our pricing structure enables you to book a room for just one hour.

Yes, we can cater for business lunches and lunchtime meetings. Pre booking is required as our restaurant is often fully booked.

We can provide you with last minute photocopying if required. There is a very small cost per copy.

Yes we are more than happy for you to post training materials to us in advance of your training event.

You are welcome to use pop up banners outside the main entrance on the day of your event. You are responsible for ensuring that these are safe and do not pose a safety risk to people or property. If you wish to use a pop-up banner outside the main entrance, please speak to your event manager.

In addition to using the room, room hire includes the use of Wi-Fi, projection facilities, the use of flip charts, conference paper, and iced water.

We have our own team of chefs and can cater for any event. If however you prefer to bring your own food and refreshments then we are more than happy for you to do so. Unfortunately, we cannot refrigerate or reheat any food that you bring onsite with you.
