As Christmas approaches, we thought that it would be great if the Uttoxeter Business Network could support businesses within the area by shopping locally. So, the next online network meeting will include a min-virtual-makers market.
Our aims are:
Date: 01 December 2020
Time: (See the details below)
Place: Via Zoom
Cost: FREE
Overview of the Uttoxeter Business Network
The Uttoxeter Business Network meets every fortnight. Meetings are conducted via Zoom. The purpose of the group is to provide networking opportunities for businesses within the local area. We focus on providing support, ideas and generating business. There is no membership fee and we do not operate a single seat policy. The meeting usually attracts between 20 and 30 businesses, and our Linkedin Group has nearly 300 members.
Virtual Christmas Market: Exhibitors (Its FREE)
Attending the network meeting, or exhibiting is completely free at the moment.
If you are an artist, makers, baker, or creator, who makes something that would make a thoughtful and special Christmas gift, decoration, greetings card or experience then we would be delighted if you would attend.
Before the network meeting, we will list your business on this webpage and we will circulate the information to our network. We will include a link to each makers website, Facebook page or online shop. (Take a look at Joan’s listing below.)
During the meeting you will have about 3 minutes to tell the group about your products, and show a few examples.
At the end of the networking session, we will ask the members of the group to show their support by sharing information about you and your business. (We obviously hope that members of the group will also purchase something from you as well.)

Social media posts
We would like to help you reach a bigger audience, so artists and makers can share a post about their work on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages. We will ask everyone who attends to like, comment and share your posts so that you work is seen by a bigger audience.
