A mid morning sugar boost can help to ensure delegates focused .

The working lunch menu options are designed to fit seamlessly into your meeting or training event itinerary.

You can choose to eat in your meeting room, or you can take a break and eat in the restaurant.

The chefs selection of the day includes traditional selection of sandwiches. This option is designed to be be easy to event organisers. No need to gather menu choices from each delegate as we do the hard work for you. The chef will create a selection of tempting sandwiches which your delegates will love.

The Lite working lunch is served with home-made chips and coleslaw. Selections vary each day.

Examples include home roasted beef and mustard, mature cheddar and tomato, egg mayonnaise & honey roast ham.

Choose from:

• Grilled goats cheese with caramelised red onions, chips and coleslaw
• Cajun Salmon with sour cream, crispy capers, balsamic glaze, coleslaw and chips
• Fish goujons with gherkins, home made tartar sauce, rocket and basil salad and coleslaw
• Steak melt, caramelised red onion marmalade, chips, coleslaw
• Polish smoked sausage, Emmental cheese, red peppers, sprouted seeds, coleslaw
• Honey roast ham, with mushrooms and chips
