And rather like the story of Goldilocks and the three bears, it is important to choose a meeting room that is not too big and not too small….but one that  just right for your event.

One of our small meeting rooms at Heath House Cnference Centre is The Butterton Meeting Room. It can accommodate up to 12 people in a boardroom layout and up to 8 people seated around a square table.

This meeting room is ideal for

• Quarterly strategic meetings
• Board Meetings

• Interviews
• Workshops and training courses
• HR meetings – appraisals, disciplinary meetings 

But the list doesn’t end there. In the past it has been used for counseling, schools have used it for intense exam preparation for pupils, and it has even been used as the base for a film crew who were shooting a tournament for sky sports. They filmed locally and then used the Butterton room to edit  and add  voice overs before uploading the finished film ready for transmission.

Most businesses don’t have the luxury of having their own onsite boardroom. And those that do find that onsite board meetings aren’t always as productive as they would like as there are constant interruptions with key personnel called away to deal with ’emergency situations’.

The Butterton Boardroom at Heath House is the perfect place to hold your monthly director’s meeting or gather your leadership team together for a strategy meeting.

Being offsite means that you will not be disturbed.

The boardroom hire includes everything that you need including fast reliable wi-fi, and HD screen for presentations, plus conference stationery.  

Refreshments and lunch can be brought to your meeting room so participants can remain focused on your agenda.

Alternatively, delegates can eat lunch in the dining room, giving them chance to mentally refresh and to network.
