Meet the Heath House Chef

Our head chef Dave has had a long-standing love affair with food. Inspired by his Italian grandmother he is passionate about the joy of family dining where every meal is a social occasion to be savoured and where being invited to share in a light lunch really means delighting in a five-course extravaganza. Dave brings all of these experiences into his professional life. At Heath House, all of the food is freshly prepared and home cooked and served in a relaxed family environment.

Dave initially trained at the Birmingham College of Food and has been head chef at a number of restaurants in Staffordshire and Shropshire. Inspired by fresh seasonal produce from his own garden, Dave believes that incredible flavours can be achieved through simplicity.

Whether you are booking a simple lunch to get you through an otherwise gruelling team meeting or you are booking a fine dining experienced for a special event, you can be assured that the quality of the food and the flavours will be exceptional.
