The answer is simple, a serviced office is a ready-to-use office space within a managed business centre.

The business centre is divided into single offices, and each one is rented by a different  company.

Instead of having lots of separate bills for office rental, business rates, electricity, gas, broadband, etc, serviced offices provide a single all-in monthly fee. This gives you a streamlined approach to budgeting which saves you administration time.

Serviced offices are usually fully furnished and all of the utilities are already connected. They are designed so that you can move in, plug-in and start working immediately.
